4. Mike Piazza, C (1998-2005)
Piazza had an impressive 16-year MLB career highlighted by stints with the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Mets. The catcher was a 12-time All-Star, making six appearances in the Midsummer Classic with New York. Piazza also won Silver Slugger Awards in 10 consecutive seasons from 1993-2002, and twice finished within the top 10 of MVP voting with the Mets. Arguably the best campaign of Piazza鈥檚 career came in his first full season in New York in 1999 when he hit 40 home runs with 124 RBIs. Piazza ranks fourth in franchise history with 220 home runs, and third in RBIs (655). He also stands eighth in hits (1,028), fourth in average (.296) and second in OPS (.915). Piazza, a member of the Mets Hall of Fame who also has his No. 31 retired by the franchise, was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2016.
