Top 10 Indiana high school baseball players in Class of 2025
7. Joshua Flores, RHP, Lake Central
Flores is one of several Indiana prospects who could hear their names called in the MLB draft this summer, perhaps following in the footsteps of Class of 2024 Lake Central pitcher Griffin Tobias. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound righthander has tremendous arm talent and a nice mix of pitches, highlighted by a fastball that can touch 96 mph. Flores鈥 stock has continued to rise through strong showings during the fall and summer, and a terrific junior season at Lake Central where he struck out 41 batters across 19 鈪 innings pitched. More of the same should be in store for Flores during his senior season. After originally committing to Cincinnati, Flores now plans to play college baseball at Kentucky where he could join forces with talented Castle pitcher Will Coleman.
