6. Indiana Hoosiers
Similar to other Big Ten bubble teams like Ohio State and Nebraska, Indiana has been up and down throughout the 2024-25 season. Following a 4-1 start in conference play, the Hoosiers dropped seven of their next eight games before picking up important victories against Michigan State and Purdue that have put them back in the NCAA Tournament conversation. Those wins, paired with a head-to-head victory over Ohio State, are a big boost to Indiana鈥檚 resume. The Hoosiers also have another matchup with the Buckeyes to close the regular season, and picking up at least one win in the Big Ten tournament, where they could draw Oregon or Ohio State again, would also go a long way. Indiana has a veteran-laden team, and its big men, Oumar Ballo and Malik Reneau, could give teams problems if it can reach the Big Dance.
