7. Drew Allar, Penn State
Allar will return to Penn State for his senior season alongside several key offensive stars, including running backs Kaytron Allen and Nicholas Singleton. The lasting memory for many currently is Allar鈥檚 back-breaking interception late against Notre Dame in the Orange Bowl, a mistake he rarely makes with just 10 interceptions across three years in State College. Allar may have a chance for redemption in the College Football Playoff again next year with the talented roster the Nittany Lions have. The big 6-foot-5, 240-pound signal caller had a career-best 3,327 passing yards in 2024, throwing for 24 touchdowns with a 66.5% completion rate. He鈥檚 also mobile, rushing for 302 yards and six scores. A second year in Andy Kotelnicki鈥檚 offense could help those numbers grow and may in turn improve Allar鈥檚 draft stock.
