Top 10 nominees on 2025 Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame ballot
Amar鈥檈 Stoudemire
Stoudemire is a player who is frequently debated when it comes to the Hall of Fame, but he has a case in his first year on the ballot. While injuries derailed the back half of Stoudemire鈥檚 NBA tenure and eventually led him to play overseas until 2020, the 6-foot-10 big man was truly dominant early in his pro career. Stoudemire was a top-10 pick of the Suns coming out of high school in 2002 and won rookie of the year honors in his first season. Stoudemire would go on to make four All-Star appearances while earning All-NBA honors five times as a focal point of some dominant 2000s Suns teams alongside Steve Nash, Shawn Marion and others. Stoudemire also had a couple of good years with the New York Knicks, but his dominance on both ends of the floor in Phoenix ultimately makes him a potential Hall of Famer.
