7. Ja鈥機orey Brooks, Louisville
Brooks has been one of the most explosive players in college football this season and should garner looks for the Biletnikoff Award in a couple of months if he continues this pace. Brooks has popped off for a pair of 120-yard efforts, but the most impressive aspect of his game has been his consistency as he has 71 yards receiving or more in all six of Louisville鈥檚 contests. Brooks ranks 12th overall in receiving yards per game and has amassed 572 yards overall this year. He also has put up 30 receptions, scored six touchdowns and averages 19.1 yards per catch. The 6-foot-3, 195-pound Alabama transfer has a nice connection with Tyler Shough and can improve his draft stock further through the second half of the season with a 1,000-yard campaign.
