Ranking 10 college football WRs who could win Biletnikoff Award
6. Tai Felton, Maryland
Torrey Smith and Stefon Diggs are a pair of notable NFL wide receivers to come out of Maryland and the Terrapins have produced another elite wideout with Felton who may also emerge as an early-round NFL draft pick. The 6-foot-2, 180-pound wideout has steadily improved during his time in College Park and even though the Terps are unlikely to factor into the Big Ten race, Felton should be in the hunt for the Biletnikoff Award. Felton is a strong route-runner and electric playmaker who leads the Big Ten in several receiving categories. His 719 receiving yards and 119.8 receiving yards per game both rank fourth in the country while he has also posted 55 receptions and 9.2 catches per contest, the second-most in the nation. Big games ahead against Oregon and Penn State could lead to more attention for the senior.
