Ranking 10 college football RBs who could win Doak Walker Award
7. Quinshon Judkins, Ohio State
Judkins doesn鈥檛 have staggering numbers compared to some on this list as he shares the Ohio State backfield with TreVeyon Henderson, but he remains one of college football鈥檚 most talented halfbacks and should stay in the Doak Walker Award hunt with a strong second half. The big 6-foot, 220-pound junior running back who transferred to Columbus from Ole Miss has 468 rushing yards through five games in 2024 with a couple of big efforts early on where he put up 108 yards on just nine carries against Western Michigan and 173 yards against Marshall. Judkins has also scored five times, but his most impressive stat is his 7.8-yard-per-carry average which ranks fourth in the country. The physical and versatile back has a chance to further boost his draft stock down the stretch while potentially earning some hardware in the process.
