Brimmer was a difference maker for the Las Vegas defense. , he was voted Mountain West Defensive Player of the Year. Plus he added several other accolades as a Rebel, such as two-time All-American. Brimmer was inducted into the UNLV Athletics Hall of Fame in 2017.
