Ranking the top 10 UNLV Rebels football players of all time
6. Glenn Carano, QB (1973-76)
Carano starred as a signal caller for UNLV in the mid-1970s. The 6-foot-3 righty was a prolific passer. Carano cleared 2,000 yards in seasons and racked up 37 touchdown passes in his college career. In 1977, the Dallas Cowboys made him a second-round pick.
UNLV鈥檚 last regular season unbeaten team, the 1974 Rebels also won a school record 12 games led by QB Glenn Carano. They were ranked #2 in small college rankings. Tip you cap 馃Б
