6. Kaleb Bailey, Sr., North Shore

Bailey was one of the most impressive dual-threat quarterbacks in Texas last season and is poised for an encore performance this fall. The 6-foot-1, 190-pound standout helped lead North Shore on a deep postseason run all the way to the 6A Division I state championship game as he threw for over 3,000 yards, completing over 72% of his passes. Bailey has a good arm, but he is truly dynamic with his legs as well and racked up over 500 rushing yards with over 50 total touchdowns last season as a third-team all-state performer. North Shore should remain in title contention in 2024 with Bailey leading the offense. Following his senior season, the star quarterback will likely begin a Division I college football career as he currently holds offers from Auburn, TCU and Marshall, among others.
