Greene earned a little bit of publicity recently as Pat McAfee played with him and West Virginia in . While he has talent in the video game, Greene鈥檚 play on the field last season should lead to some additional hype heading into 2024 as well. Earning his first opportunity as a full-time starter in his fourth year in Morgantown, the 5-foot-11, 200-pound standout threw for 2,406 yards, 16 touchdowns and just four interceptions in 2023. While he only completed 53% of his passes, Greene鈥檚 average per completion was 8.7 yards. He also is electric as a runner, putting up 772 rushing yards and 13 scores on the ground last season. With a year of starting experience under his belt and an exciting dual-threat skill set, Greene is poised to be one of the top quarterbacks in the Big 12.
