7. Dylan Raiola, Nebraska
Raiola comes into the 2024 season as arguably the biggest unknown when it comes to quarterbacks in the Big Ten, but he is also one of the most highly-touted freshmen to enter the conference in recent memory. Ranked as a five-star recruit and top-five quarterback in the Class of 2024, the 6-foot-3, 210-pound quarterback will have a chance to thrive in Matt Rhule鈥檚 high-octane offense. Playing in Texas, Arizona and Georgia during his prep career, Raiola passed for nearly 8,500 yards with 88 touchdowns and just 11 interceptions. Those numbers will be hard to replicate right off the bat for the son of former Nebraska national champion and All-American Dominic Raiola, but he clearly has the upside to become one of the top signal callers in the Big Ten sooner rather than later.
