Moore didn鈥檛 play for a high-major program like several of the nominees on this list, but he led a golden era of Boise State football and set marks that are still among the best in college football history during his time with the Broncos. The current Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator was a back-to-back first-team All-American in 2009 and 2010 as he racked up 14,667 passing yards in his collegiate career which still stands as the ninth-most all-time. Moore鈥檚 142 career passing touchdowns also rank as the second-most all-time. While the 2010 Heisman finalist put up some tremendous individual numbers, he may be most synonymous with Boise State鈥檚 team success. His 50-3 record as a starter makes him the winningest quarterback in college football history.
