Seth Trimble enters transfer portal: 5 possible landing spots
TCU Horned Frogs
TCU pursued Trimble out of high school and Jamie Dixon certainly could have interest in giving him a shot in Fort Worth once again. The Horned Frogs reached the NCAA Tournament for the third straight year under Dixon this past season, but a lot of their main core is out of eligibility. That includes leading scorer Emanuel Miller, and guards Jameer Nelson Jr. and Avery Anderson III. Micah Peavy and JaKobe Coles have also entered the transfer portal, meaning TCU is likely to lose five of its top six scorers. With a lack of guards in Dixon鈥檚 incoming 2024 class, Trimble could certainly become a target for the Horned Frogs. The 6-foot-3 guard would likely earn more playing time than he did at North Carolina and would have the opportunity to thrive in TCU鈥檚 system, similar to a player like Mike Miles Jr.
