Ranking 10 early favorites to win the 2024 Heisman Trophy
3. Carson Beck, QB, Georgia
Beck鈥檚 return to Georgia in 2024 is still uncertain as he could look to test the NFL draft waters. If he does make his way back to Athens, the 6-foot-4 quarterback could be a Heisman frontrunner. Finally earning his chance to start following the departure of Stetson Bennett, Beck continued Georgia鈥檚 winning ways in 2023 as the Bulldogs got off to a 12-0 start before falling to Alabama in the SEC championship game. On the year, Beck threw for 3,738 yards, 22 touchdowns and six interceptions with an impressive 72.4% completion rate. He will lose some talent around him like star tight end Brock Bowers, but he has still proven to possess the kind of potential that could make him the top quarterback in college football next year.
