The Hurricanes went 7-5 in year two of the Mario Cristobal era and it feels like 2024 is a very important season in Miami to show progress. Starting QB Tyler Van Dyke entered the transfer portal and now the Hurricanes will likely be shopping for his replacement. Ward is about as good as it gets and it is no secret how willing Miami is to better its chances using its financial resources.
