Ward has watched Bo Nix thrive on the West Coast under the tutelage of Will Stein. Assuming Stein does not receive a head coaching opportunity this cycle, heading to Eugene has to be enticing for Ward. Nix could be the Heisman Trophy favorite entering conference championship weekend, and there is no reason to doubt Ward鈥檚 chances at the honor next season if he were to join the Ducks鈥� program.
