EJ Warner enters transfer portal; 5 landing spots for QB
Maryland
One of the biggest recruiters who brought EJ to Temple was former running backs coach , who served as the program’s director of player personnel when the quarterback was first brought onto the team. Now, Brown serves as an offensive analyst and offensive recruiting coordinator for the nearby Terrapins.
If EJ and Brown have a good relationship, Maryland could be a great fit for the signal caller. Terps’ starting quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa is out of eligibility following the season and backup Billy Edwards Jr. only has 56 pass attempts in his career. With Maryland not too far from Philadelphia and making a bowl in each of the last three seasons, EJ could not only join a much better-built team but would also be able to stay in the Northeast where he has called home the past two years.
