8. Mike Woodson, Indiana
Woodson may have the most potential of moving up on the list over the next few years after showing he could get the Hoosiers back on track after a disappointing run under Archie Miller. With just one 20-win season in a five-year span, Woodson has helped Indiana to back-to-back NCAA Tournaments and two 21-plus win seasons. Even with recent star Trayce Jackson-Davis moving on to the NBA, Woodson has recruited particularly well and continues to give Indiana a chance to make it deep in March Madness in any given season.
