7. Chris Holtmann, Ohio State
The Buckeyes head coach had been one of the model鈥檚 of consistency throughout his six years with the program, bidding for an NCAA Tournament spot in each of his first five seasons. That run came to a close, however, this past season as Holtmann was unable to get his young unit to mesh together. While the season served as a disappointing one, Holtmann was able to close things out on a high note as the Buckeyes enjoyed multiple upsets as the No. 13 seed in the conference tournament. Holtmann will have a chance of getting things right going forward with a more experienced group.
