9. Kevin Willard, Maryland
The Maryland coach enjoyed being the newcomer in the conference this past season after enjoying quite the opening to his tenure with the Terrapins. After an impressive run at Seton Hall from 2010-22, Willard was able to make a seamless transition to Maryland in the recent campaign, leading his squad to a 22-win season and win over West Virginia in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. With plenty of hope that he can do it again, Willard seems to have already proved he鈥檚 one of the better coaches in the Big Ten.
