10. Steve Pikiell, Rutgers
It鈥檚 been a slow burn to become a relevant basketball program at Rutgers as Pikiell has taken a once football school into the top of the conference in the sport. With what would have been three straight NCAA Tournament appearances heading into last year, the Scarlet Knights battled through some inconsistencies throughout the 2022-23 campaign and finished middle of the pack. Without an appearance this past year, Pikiell will continue to have to find ways to move on without stars Geo Baker and Ron Harper Jr. like he did this past year.
