6. Donovan Peoples-Jones, WR, Cass Tech – 0.9925
Peoples-Jones is one of several recognizable names towards the top half of this list who was a five-star coming out of Cass Tech in 2017, and was rated as the No. 1 wide receiver and No. 12 player overall in his class. The 6-foot-2 wideout made his name known throughout the Great Lakes State during his high school career, particularly in his senior year as he caught 60 passes for 1,071 yards and 11 touchdowns.
From there, the Detroit native made the short trip to Ann Arbor to play for the Michigan Wolverines. Peoples-Jones’ impact was felt early on at Michigan, as he was named a freshman All-American, and later became a third-team All-Big Ten selection in the 2018 and 2019 seasons as he amassed over 1,000 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns across the two campaigns.
Peoples-Jones decided to forgo his final year of college eligibility to enter the NFL, and was selected in the sixth round by the Cleveland Browns in 2020. The wideout has continued to develop in his first few seasons with the Browns, and is coming off a bit of a breakout campaign in 2022 in which he made 61 receptions for 839 yards and three touchdowns.
