D-I schools with men鈥檚 basketball and football national titles
UCLA (11 basketball, one football)
As the most-accomplished men鈥檚 basketball program in terms of championships, it comes as no surprise that UCLA has dominated on the court. Their 11 national titles are still the most in NCAA men鈥檚 basketball history, last winning a title in 1995.
Though not as well known for football, the Bruins still have a claim to one national championship. UCLA split the 1954 title with Ohio State, as they were named champions in the Coaches poll.
While the Bruins haven鈥檛 gotten close to a national title in football since their 1954 victory, they have been to a national championship game in basketball since their last title, losing to Florida in the 2006 title match.
