Top 10 Missouri high school baseball players in Class of 2023
3. Wil Libbert, LHP, Blair Oaks
Libbert has been nothing but spectacular thus far in his Blair Oaks career. While his primary position is as a pitcher, he has also played some first base and left field for the Falcons. As a sophomore, Libbert went 9-1 on the mound with a 1.61 ERA. At the plate, the 6-foot-1, 205-pound standout also impressed, hitting .390 with 32 RBIs. That season, Libbert helped Blair Oaks to a state runner-up finish as the Tri-County Conference Player of the Year. Last season, the southpaw won the conference鈥檚 pitcher of the year award while also earning first-team all-state honors, putting up impressive numbers again including a 19-strikeout performance. In addition to playing travel ball with Warriors Baseball Club, Libbert also had the chance to compete in the Perfect Game National Showcase and with the MLB/USA Baseball Prospect Development Pipeline last summer where he was coached by former MLB pitcher LaTroy Hawkins. Following his time with Blair Oaks, Libbert plans to stay in state to play college baseball at Mizzou.

FB sat 93-94; both CH (87) & CB (77-78) are both S/M offerings. Reminiscent of Reid Detmers in HS, only with more velo.
Strong 6-1/205 frame; Mizzou recruit.
