4. Tate McGuire, RHP, Liberty North
Liberty North earned its first-ever state baseball championship last season, and a big reason why was McGuire. While he was solid the entire season, McGuire came up clutch in big moments for the Eagles with a walk-off hit in the district championship game, and pitching five strong innings in Liberty North鈥檚 eventual 11-5 state championship victory over Francis Howell. Unsurprisingly, McGuire went on to earn MSHSAA Class 6 first-team all-state honors in 2022. A 6-foot-3, 205-pound standout who also played football at Liberty North, McGuire is a strong, athletic and versatile player. He has proven that while with the Eagles, playing travel baseball with the Kansas City Royals Scout Team and while competing at the Area Code Games last summer. Soon, he will look to continue showcasing his talent at Arkansas as one of several Razorbacks commits on this list.
