The Kennesaw State Owls have already made plenty of history this season. On Feb. 24, the Owls clinched their first ASUN Conference regular season championship in program history, securing a spot in the postseason for the first time in the program鈥檚 Division I era (since 2005-06).聽
Currently, Kennesaw State is sitting with the No. 1 seed in the ASUN tournament with a 24-8 overall record and a 15-3 record in the conference. The Owls will not have an easy road, however. Despite earning the No. 1 seed due to tiebreakers, their record is still worse than No. 2 seed Liberty which is 25-7 with a 15-3 conference record. If the two should meet in the ASUN championship, it is sure to be a game fans won鈥檛 want to miss.
