Top 10 Utah high school baseball players in Class of 2023
4. Ryker Schow, SS, Pleasant Grove
An elite mid-fielder, Schow has shown off his all-around game for the Pleasant Grove Vikings over the past couple of seasons. The 6-foot, 175-pound shortstop is ranked as the No. 12 player in Utah by PBR and the No. 3 player in the state by Perfect Game.
Last season, Schow had a strong campaign. During the year, the junior hit .386 with 34 runs scored, 20 RBIs, 16 stolen bases and 10 doubles. This earned Schow Class 6A second-team all-state honors.
Schow, like many on this list, decided to stay home for his college career, signing with in-state BYU. Entering his senior year, Schow will look to lead the Vikings to even more success during his final season.
Congrats on your official signing ! So much appreciation to and your support to all the boys at PGHS. It was a great day celebrating alongside teammate . Thanks to everyone that came out to celebrate with these boys!
