Jones was a blue-chip prospect who fulfilled his promise.聽 The 6-foot-4 Floridian had a sudden impact, helping propel Atlanta to the next level. Jones would capture a World Series crown in 1995 and the 1999 NL MVP four years later. In 2018, the Braves’ legend gained entry into the Hall of Fame.
