Malik Reneau transferring: 5 landing spots for Indiana forward
NC State Wolfpack
NC State is ushering in a new era after recently hiring Will Wade following an impressive tenure at McNeese. Before that, Wade was the head coach at LSU and extended an offer to Reneau coming out of high school. Now, he could aim to make Reneau one of his first significant portal additions in Raleigh. After a surprise run to the Final Four last year, NC State struggled to the tune of just 12 wins and a 16th-place finish in the ACC this season, leading to the dismissal of Kevin Keatts. The Wolfpack had a hard time replacing DJ Burns down low and will now lose two of their top forwards, Ben Middlebrooks and Brandon Huntley-Hatfield, who are out of eligibility. Reneau would likely get all the playing time that he could handle in Wade鈥檚 first season in Raleigh and could prove to be a nice fit in his system.
