The 6-foot-8 southpaw is one of the most intimidating pitchers in the Virginia high school baseball circuit. The Alexandria ace has a four-pitch mix that is ready for the college level. Dean should be able to throw harder in the coming years and could be a weekend rotation guy at Virginia Tech.
