Top 10 Texas high school baseball players in Class of 2025
3. Nicholas Partida, SS, Pearland
Partida is one of the best two-way players in the Lone Star State as he is terrific at the plate and makes a significant impact on the mound. That initially was seen during Partida’s sophomore season at Pearland where he went 13-0 with a 1.08 ERA and 82 strikeouts. Partida went undefeated again last season with a 5-0 record and improved his ERA to 0.58 across 36 innings pitched. The 6-foot, 190-pound senior also struck out 42 batters. At the plate, Partida hit .414 with seven home runs, 37 RBIs, 41 runs and a .503 on-base percentage. The Pearland senior has also impressed at various national showcases recently and shined this past summer with USA Baseball. Partida is a likely MLB draft pick this year but plans to play college baseball in-state at Texas A&M.
South Texas Scout Team’s Nico Partida () takes a good hack and barrels a double to deep left center field here at A&M against McLennan CC.
