Even with former Texas A&M coach Jim Schlossnagle leaving College Station for Texas, the Aggies have a talented incoming 2025 class under new head coach Michael Earley highlighted by several in-state commits like Slawinski III. Slawinski III may also have a chance to pursue an MLB career sooner rather than later as a skilled two-way player with a lot of upside on the mound. Last season, Slawinski III hit .446 with four home runs at Johnson City. He was perhaps even better on the bump, striking out 81 batters as the 28-2A District Pitcher of the Year. The 6-foot-3, 185-pound standout was equally impressive throughout various showcases during the summer and the fall, showcasing a low-90s fastball and dynamic offspeed pitches.
