Texas Tech has been a pleasant surprise in the Big 12 as the Red Raiders have won 18 of their first 22 games and are on the heels of conference leaders Houston and Arizona. Grant McCasland has an extremely talented roster featuring multiple players who have a case to be on this list like JT Toppin, Darrion Williams and Elijah Hawkins. However, the fifth-year senior McMillian has arguably been the biggest key to the Red Raiders鈥� success, averaging a team-high 15.5 points. McMillian is also among the most efficient scorers in the Big 12, shooting at a 53.2% clip while leading the conference in 3-point shooting percentage (45.5%). McMillian, who also averages 4.3 rebounds and 1.6 assists, has scored in double figures in all but two games this season and will play a key role in Texas Tech鈥檚 pursuit of a Big 12 title.
