5. Dave Bing (1963-66)
While Bing played just three seasons with the Orange, he ranks first in school history with 24.8 points per game and ninth with 1,883 total points. He led Syracuse to its second NCAA Tournament appearance in school history and became a first-team All-American his senior year while averaging a conference-high 28.4 points. Bing鈥檚 No. 22 jersey was honored by the program in 1981 and he remains one of two Orange players to be enshrined in the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.
