10 most impactful players for 2024 NCAA volleyball tournament
Lexi Rodriguez, Nebraska
Rodriguez has been the heart and soul of the Nebraska volleyball program in recent years and ending her legendary career with a national championship would be fitting. The 2024 Big Ten Libero of the Year has had another remarkable season playing alongside fellow first-team all-conference stars like Bergen Reilly, Merritt Beason, Andi Jackson and Harper Murray. Rodriguez has moved into second place in program history in digs, adding another 395 thus far in 2024 with 3.8 digs per set. She has also added 107 assists and 16 service aces. The former national freshman of the year, two-time Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year and two-time first-team All-American has already cemented her legacy as one of the Huskers’ top all-time players, but adding a national title to her decorated resume would be the cherry on top.
