Top 10 Illinois boys basketball players in Class of 2025
6. Tristian Ford, CG, Chi Prep
Ford is an exciting player to watch and is one of the most explosive guards off the bounce in Illinois’ senior class. That’s part of why the 6-foot-3 guard averaged 21 points during his junior season at Chi Prep as he can score anywhere on the floor. Ford can impact the game in multiple ways, evidenced by the eight rebounds and eight assists he averaged last season as well. His talent has also been on full display while playing AAU basketball for Brad Beal Elite, and he had a nice showing at Peach Jam in particular over the summer, putting up over 13 points per contest. Ford is in for a strong finish to his prep career this winter before playing college basketball in Kentucky at Murray State, choosing the Racers over Arizona State and Texas A&M, among others.
Electrifying guard Tristan Ford is exciting to watch. The quick guard uses his speed to get by guys and create space to knock down shots, 25 guard that has coaches intrigued
