Oklahoma鈥檚 fourth-best player overall and the nation鈥檚 sixth-best wide receiver, Thomas decided to stay close to home for college ball and committed to the University of Oklahoma in July 2023. A four-star recruit, Thomas is a versatile player who can play well on both sides of the ball; he caught 61 receptions for 1,197 yards and 15 touchdowns, and recorded 50 tackles, one sack and one interception while playing safety.听
