Top 10 Wisconsin QBs for 2024 high school football season
4. MJ Mitchell, Sr., Catholic Memorial
Catholic Memorial has long been a perennial power in Wisconsin and Mitchell has helped keep it that way. The Crusaders have racked up 22 wins in the past two seasons with Mitchell contributing in some capacity, including a 9-3 record last season in his first year as a full-time starter. Overall, the 6-foot-2, 180-pound standout threw for 1,590 yards and 23 touchdowns while showing a strong ability to take care of the ball as he had just one interception. Meanwhile, Mitchell was tremendous again with his legs as well, rushing for 833 yards and 16 touchdowns while averaging around 64 yards on the ground per contest. Mitchell is arguably the top dual-threat quarterback in the state right now and has a bright future ahead as he currently holds Division I offers from schools like Northern Illinois and Marshall.
