5. Vance Holtz, Sr., Arrowhead
Arrowhead has produced a lot of good quarterbacks through the years and Holtz is next in line. The 6-foot-2, 205-pound senior has some of the highest upside among signal callers in the Badger State this season with a strong and accurate arm, nice footwork and good mobility. The first-team all-conference standout has thrown for close to 3,000 yards and 34 touchdowns combined the last two seasons for the Warhawks with a 100.3 career passer rating. He also added 343 rushing yards and six scores on the ground in 2023. Holtz will be an exciting playmaker to watch this fall before he moves on to play college football at Western Michigan, committing to the Broncos this past May.
