15. Tony Elliott, Virginia
Elliott had a lot of hype behind him as the offensive coordinator for Clemson and he was viewed as an exciting hire by the Cavaliers in 2022. He has not lived up to it so far. Elliott has a 6-16 record in two seasons, creating pressure to have a breakout year in 2024. The 44-year-old could be an intriguing coordinator candidate if he is let go by Virginia after the season.
