16. Justin Wilcox, Cal
The Golden Bears will have to adjust to a completely different travel schedule in the coast-to-coast conference in a critical year for Wilcox. The 47-year-old head coach enters his eighth season at Cal, but the program has not won a bowl game since 2019. If it is not in position to win one this year, that could be it for its head coach.
Cal is through five days of training camp, and Bears head coach Justin Wilcox took some time after Monday's practice to address the chippy moments that have been common throughout the first week back on the field for his team.
