Hill is an intriguing talent who has one of the strongest arms in the state. The Memphis commit enters his fourth year as a varsity starter and he is in the midst of a prolific high school career. The Warner Robins, Georgia, native has thrown 71 touchdowns and only eight interceptions over the past two seasons and he should boost this ratio as a senior.
