McWhorter decided to announce his commitment to West Virginia before his junior season which should create a lot of hype for the Kingston, Georgia, standout before he gets to Morgantown. The 6-foot-2 QB completed 64% of his passes while racking up 2,128 yards through the air with 25 total touchdowns.
