Top 10 NCAA volleyball players entering the 2024 season
Jess Mruzik, Penn State
Mruzik has in her final season at Penn State, and while the Nittany Lions will deal with some tough opponents in the Big Ten like Nebraska and Wisconsin, they could ultimately become one of the season鈥檚 surprise teams by the time all is said and done. Mruzik will play a big role if that鈥檚 the case as one of the top all-around outside hitters in the country. The 6-foot-1 grad student from Michigan was a unanimous first-team All-Big Ten selection and second-team All-American last year as she amassed 519 kills and 4.4 kills per set, both top-15 marks in the country. Mruzik also posted a strong 4.9 points per set to go along with 270 digs, 61 blocks and 24 aces. The three-time first-team All-Big Ten standout should only continue adding to her impressive numbers and Penn State legacy in her fifth season.
