Ranking each Big 12 starting QB for the 2024 football season
10. Dequan Finn, Baylor
Finn spent the first five seasons of his collegiate career at Toledo and will now move to the high-major level at Baylor. The 6-foot-2, 205-pound quarterback has been highly impressive during his collegiate career, throwing for over 2,000 yards in each of the past three seasons. Last year, Finn was named Mid-American Conference MVP as he passed for 2,657 yards and 22 touchdowns, completing 63.4% of his throws. While he undoubtedly has arm talent, the sixth-year signal caller鈥檚 rushing ability also sets him apart as he has run for at least 500 yards each of the past three seasons as well with 25 rushing scores from 2021-23. Finn has the experience and skill set to be a top-10 quarterback in the Big 12 and could finish the year higher on this list if his game immediately translates to a higher level of competition.
