Top 10 pitchers in the 2024 NCAA baseball regular season
Trey Yesavage, East Carolina
Outside of the 2020 season that was disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic, East Carolina has had 30 or more wins every year dating back to 2011 and the Pirates have hit the 40-win mark for the fourth consecutive season in 2024. There is a lot of talent up and down the Pirates鈥� roster, but one of the true leaders of the team is the AAC Pitcher of the Year, Yesavage. On the season, Yesavage has gone an impressive 11-1 with the 11 wins tying for the third most in the country. The 6-foot-4, 225-pound right-hander also has the fifth-best ERA in the nation at 2.09 to go along with a 0.88 WHIP, 139 strikeouts and a .162 opponent batting average. The junior has put himself in position to become an early MLB draft pick come July, but first, he will look to lead the Pirates on a historic postseason run.
