Dillon Mitchell transferring: 5 possible landing spots
UCLA Bruins
UCLA took a step back this past season after a strong start to the Mick Cronin era and will look to get back to the NCAA Tournament for the fourth time in five years in 2024-25. In order to do so, Cronin and the Bruins need to have a good offseason. UCLA has already utilized the portal recently with the additions of Eric Dailey Jr., Skyy Clark and Kobe Johnson. The Bruins will also add talented freshman guard Eric Freeny, but Cronin might not be done yet. UCLA will lose some frontcourt depth with Kenneth Nwuba out of eligibility, while star forward Adem Bona recently declared for the NBA draft. Dailey Jr. will help mask those losses a bit, but adding another skilled forward to the mix like Mitchell could be vital. The addition of Clark, who was Mitchell鈥檚 teammate at Montverde Academy, could also be a draw.
