Eric Dailey Jr. transferring: 5 possible landing spots

Iowa State continues to turn things around under T.J. Otzelberger and put together a strong 29-8 season that ended with a Sweet 16 appearance in 2023-24. Much of the Cyclones鈥� core will return next season, but they will lose some key players in the frontcourt who are out of eligibility including Tre King, Robert Jones and Hason Ward. Talented freshman Omaha Biliew also recently entered the transfer portal, so Otzelberger may look to make a couple of portal additions this offseason. Iowa State has already added one big man with 6-foot-11 center Dishon Jackson and has also reportedly been in contact with Dailey Jr. His size and athleticism would add a nice element on both ends of the floor for the Cyclones, and Dailey Jr. has the upside to improve on the numbers that some of the departing players had this season.聽
